The newest addition to Littlehampton’s modern seafront, the Stage by the Sea is a unique performance space like no other on the South Coast. Designed by Flanagan Lawrence the shell inspired structures rise up from the landscape and echo the shapes of the sand dunes on neighbouring West Beach.
The main area of the stage can accommodate up to 25 seated musicians and is designed to project sound out to the audience. The sea facing side is a shelter where visitors can relax and take in the sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
